FREE Samsung Phone Repair for Healthcare Workers and First Responders

If you are a first responder or healthcare professional, we are offering free repairs for Samsung phones, including cracked screen or battery replacement. Local heroes including doctors, nurses, hospital workers, EMTs, police officers, and firefighters, with valid ID are eligible for a free repair through June 30, 2020, while supplies last. How it works:
Only Samsung phones are eligible (Tablets, Gears are not eligible). Also, ensure your phone turns on, and doesn’t have any liquid damage
Set up a repair through one of the following options: a.) Visit a local uBreakiFix location. You can find the nearest store using our service locator. b.) To set up a mail-in repair, get in touch with us at 1-800-SAMSUNG and indicate you are a First Responder. We will cover shipping costs for the repair of your device.
