For a limited time, Kintsugi is offering a FREE $5 Amazon Gift Card to those who participate in a brief audio survey that contributes to scientific research to improve mental healthcare. To participate, all you need is a working microphone and about 5 minutes of your time.

This 10-minute survey has both spoken responses and multiple-choice questions. **Both sections must be completed in order to receive a gift voucher. Only U.S. and Canadian residents are able to participate at this time.

Will I be paid for taking part in this research?
