Prizes:
Two (2) Grand Prizes: A 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to a Sponsor-specified location to attend the red carpet premiere of The Batman (the “Picture”) in February 2022 (“movie premiere”). Trip includes round-trip economy air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest winner’s home to Sponsor-specified location where movie premiere will take place, use of 4-day car rental, hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (based on double-occupancy), two (2) tickets to the movie premiere screening and $1,700 awarded in the form of a check to help offset taxes. (ARV: Up to $7,338 each).
Four (4) First Prizes: Each prize will consist of one (1) hometown movie screening of the Picture for the winner and up to fifty (50) people and $450, awarded in the form of a check to help offset taxes. Sponsor will determine the theater location and the date and time of screening, in its sole and absolute discretion. The winner and his/her guests are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including, but not limited to, concession items at the theater and transportation to and from the screening. In the event the winner and/or his/her guests engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor or any prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the screening experience early. First Prize is subject to the applicable theater’s terms and conditions and any applicable federal, state and local health and safety requirements. (ARV: Up to $1,950 each).
Two (2) Second Prizes: A Sponsor-selected prop replica from the Picture (ARV: $100 each)
Twenty (20) Third Prizes: A signed poster from the Picture (ARV: $20 each).
Four hundred forty-eight (448) Weekly Prizes Total per week, as follows:
One-hundred six (106) prizes of one (1) Fandango Promo Code (as defined below) (ARV: $15 each)
