WINNER SELECTION/PRIZES:

On or around February 11, 2024 GMR will randomly select potential prize winners from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The exact number of potential prize winners selected will be determined based on the total number of eligible 1st and 10 plays that occur throughout the entirety of the Sunday February 11th football game taking place in Las Vegas NV (the “Game”), with one (1) potential prize winner corresponding to each eligible 1st and 10 play that occurs throughout the Game. See the 1st and 10 Play Terms section below for additional details. The random drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period and number of eligible 1st and 10 plays that occur throughout the Game.

  • Each Prize consists of: $10,000 USD awarded in the form of a corporate check.
  • Estimated total ARV of all prizes awarded approximated at $650,000.00 (based on the average number of eligible 1st and 10 plays in a professional football game)

  • 1st and 10 Play Exclusions: 1) 1st and 10 after a kickoff/onsides kick or punt, including touchback; 2) The offense does not convert on 4th down resulting in a 1st and 10 for the opposing offense; 3) The defense recovers a turnover resulting in a 1st and 10 for their offense; 4) A Kickoff immediately following a touchdown; 5) 1st and Goal; and 6) Penalty exclusions: a second 1st and 10 without the offense advancing 10 yards.
