Game Prizes (15,009): The following prizes are available during the Game (each, a “Game Prize”):
- Ten Thousand (10,000) Free Fountain or Coffee Beverages, awarded as an e-code redeemable in-store at participating TA, Petro and TA Express locations. Code will be emailed to the winner at the email address submitted on the official entry form. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Free Fountain or Coffee Beverage Game Prize is up to $2.39.
- Two Thousand Five Hundred (2,500) Free QSR Meal, awarded as an e-code redeemable in-store at participating TA, Petro and TA Express locations. Code will be emailed to the winner at the email address submitted on the official entry form. The ARV of each Free QSR Meal Game Prize is up to $10.
- Two Thousand Five Hundred (2,500) Free Country Pride/Iron Skillet Meal, awarded as an e-code redeemable in-store. Code will be emailed to the winner at the email address submitted on the official entry form. The ARV of each Free Country Skillet/Iron Skillet Meal Game Prize is up to $15.
- Three (3) “Candy For A Year” prizes, awarded as $1,000-worth of candy, fulfilled directly to the winner at the address provided on the Declaration. The ARV of each Candy For a Year prize is $1,000. Candy For a Year prizes are only available at random times from 12:00 a.m. ET on May 24, 2024 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2024.
- Three (3) “A Year of Country Pride/Iron Skillet Meals” prizes, each awarded as fifty-two (52) free meal coupons mailed to winner at the mailing address provided during winner verification. Each coupon is redeemable for one (1) standard meal, up to $20. The ARV of each Year of Country Pride/Iron Skillet Meals prizes is $1,040. Year of Country Pride/Iron Skillet Meal prizes are only available at random times from 12:00 a.m. ET on July 1, 2024 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 30, 2024.
- Three (3) “Gas for a Year” prize, awarded as a $2,000 BP gift card mailed to the winner at the mailing address provided during winner verification. “Gas for a year” calculated as approximately 11.3 gallons per fill, 1 fill per week, and a gas price of $3.38/gallon. The ARV of each Gas for a Year prize is $2,000. Gas for a Year prizes are only available at random times from 12:00 a.m. ET on August 1, 2024 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 2, 2024.
Sweepstakes Prize (1): The Sweepstakes prize is a six (6) day/five (5) night trip for four (4) people – the Sweepstakes winner and up to three (3) guests (collectively, the “Group”) to a destination of winner’s choosing within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Sweepstakes prize: up to $6,000. The actual value of the Sweepstakes prize may vary depending on point of departure, fluctuations in the cost of air transportation and fluctuations in the cost of hotel accommodations. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the Sweepstakes prize will not be awarded.
Sweepstakes prize includes round-trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to the selected destination (airports determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) for the Group; five (5) nights standard hotel accommodations (one [1] room, quad occupancy); and a $750 prepaid card awarded to the winner only, which may be used for ground transportation or other travel expenses. If the winner elects to travel or partake in the prize with fewer than three (3) guests, no additional compensation will be awarded to the winner. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2025. The Group must travel on the same itinerary. Travel dates are subject to availability; blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Winner and guests are responsible for having valid travel documents, including government-issued photo identification, which may include government-issued passports. Winner is responsible for all travel expenses not included herein, including airline baggage fees, gratuities, meals, other ground transportation, and any other incidental costs or expenses related to participation in the Sweepstakes prize. Travel must be booked at least sixty (60) days in advance. Winner’s guests must each sign and return a travel liability release/publicity release before travel will be booked.
