The Sweepstakes Period is comprised of thirty (30) separate entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”) – one (1) for each calendar day (based on Eastern Time) during the Sweepstakes Period. Non-winning entries submitted in an Entry Period will carry forward to subsequent Entry Periods. The designated computer clock of the Administrator is the official time-keeping device in the Sweepstakes.

PRIZES: The prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes are:

• Six Hundred (600) Prizes (20 per Entry Period): Each prize is $200 Kohl’s Cash®*, awarded in the form of a digital code. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $200.
