On or about November 24, 2025, the Administrator will randomly select sixty (60) potential Grand Prize winners and three hundred (300) potential First Prize winners.

PRIZES:

• Grand Prize (60): Each “Grand Prize” is a smart watch. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $400. The ARV of all sixty (10) Grand Prizes is $24,000. Only sixty (60) Grand Prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes.
